PRICING

One licence for the whole jurisdiction, a year at a time.A fixed fee per application, confirmed before the work starts.

AI agents check every development application and permit against your own plans and by-laws, your planners decide, and the entire department runs on a single annual licence priced per resident. Start with the free compliance reports, then run a pilot. No per-seat fees.A registered professional planner signs and represents, AI agents read and draft, and every service is priced on an outcome: the site screening, the applications, the permits, the hearings, and the file to its decision. No hourly billing.

Three steps to a licence

The first step is free, the second is priced at what your signing officer can approve alone, and the third covers the whole department for a year.

STEP 1

The compliance report

Free

A report on every application that a local developer using Zevo planners has filed in your city, checked against your plans and by-laws.

  • Comes in with an application: no contract, no procurement, nothing to sign
  • A first measure of how precisely Zevo's agents read an application
  • Every finding on the application grounded in your official plan and by-laws

STEP 2

The pilot

  • Accuracy and time measures agreed at the start of the pilot
  • An evaluation report your city owns at the end of the pilot
  • Priced within the threshold your signing officer holds

What a jurisdiction pays

The annual licence is set on population, at US$1.00C$1.50 per resident. The pre-check is a fixed fee the applicant developer pays at upload, the same at every size.

Notes on pricing
  • The licence runs for a three-year term, with two one-year options at the same rate.
  • Residents are counted at the licence's start and re-read at each renewal; the price is fixed inside the term.
  • Counties are priced on the number of residents of the area they permit.
  • American cities are quoted in US dollars. Canadian cities are quoted in Canadian dollars.
  • The pre-check is paid by the applicant at upload, where the city endorses or mandates it.
  • The city may absorb part of the pre-check fee, and may grant free pre-checks under its licence.
  • A review stream is one kind of application that the planning department reviews on its own workflow, with its own intake, checklist, and decision path.
  • Common review streams: site plan approvals, minor variances, zoning by-law amendments, consents and severances, and the zoning review of building permits.
